1. Do: Urgent and important.
   • Complete straightaway!
2. Decide: Important, but not urgent.
   • Need to put in the diary to ensure they get done.
3. Delegate: Urgent, but not important.
   • Get someone else to do these tasks by the date you want.
4. Delete: Not urgent and not important.
   • Time wasting tasks that don’t benefit your business. Completely remove from the To-Do list!

So, what to Delegate?

Look back at your task and activities list and consider the following: –

• What are you good at and can resolve quickly?
  • Keep doing these.
• What don’t you like & why?
